Get your license back.

New Mac, clean install, or the app forgot? You do not need an account — your license lives with your purchase email. A three-Mac license uses the same restore flow on each Mac.

1On the Mac you want to activate, enter the email you used at checkout.
2Open the restore email on that same Mac and click Activate this Mac.
3For another Mac, repeat it and use a fresh restore email.

Seat limit reached? A one-Mac license activates one machine at a time and a three-Mac license covers three. Email support@screenrecords.app with your purchase email and we will free the old seat — usually the same day.
