Get your license back.

New Mac, clean install, or the app forgot? You do not need an account — your license lives with your purchase email.

  1. 1Enter the email you used at checkout.
  2. 2Open the restore link we send you — on the Mac you want to activate.
  3. 3The app checks the license and activates that machine if a seat is free.
Seat limit reached? A one-Mac license activates one machine at a time and a three-Mac license covers three. Email support@screenrecords.app with your purchase email and we will free the old seat — usually the same day.
