About buying.
Is this really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once and the version you bought keeps working, including every 1.x update. There is no renewal and no card on file.
What counts as a machine?
One Mac. The license is activated per device, so a laptop and a desktop are two seats. If you reinstall macOS or restore from a backup on the same Mac, that is still one seat.
I hit my seat limit. Now what?
Email support with your purchase email and we will release the old seat, usually the same day. Self-service device management is on the roadmap.
Can I upgrade from one Mac to three later?
Not automatically yet. Email us and we will sort out the difference manually until the upgrade path ships.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase. The three free recordings exist so you can decide before paying, but if it still is not right, we will refund it.
Do you have team or volume pricing?
Not as a product yet. If you need more than three seats, email support@screenrecords.app and we will work something out.
